Mont Marie is situated in the beautiful Stellenbosch Winelands on the Blaauwklippen road just outside of town.
Chef Pieter Vlok is very passionate about food, he transforms simple ingredients into exquisite presented meals which would most definitely ensure your return to this lovely setting.
They produce everything themselves and when they cant, they source only the best. The Mont Marie team prepares their own stocks, sauces, ice creams and even ageing the meat. Fresh foccacia, farmstyle and sourdough breads are baked daily.
The ingredients are sourced mostly from the Boland area and therefore the menu changes regularly according to the availability of the fresh produce.
